Dr. Rebecca Rubin is thrilled to be back in the Detroit area practicing orthodontics with her father, Dr. Steven Lash. An Andover High School graduate, Dr. Rubin can be proud of her academic accomplishments. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she was elected to the dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and graduated with cum laude honors. She earned her bachelor's degree in history and master's degree in orthodontics from the University of Michigan.

After completing her orthodontic training, Dr. Rubin spent one year practicing at LashOrthodontics before moving with her family to Philadelphia. There she practiced orthodontics with Dr. Stephen Slawek in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania, while her husband, Adam, pursued a fellowship in laryngology. Dr. Rubin and her husband live in Huntington Woods with their two-year-old daughter, Whitney, and their dog, Jack. She enjoys jewelry-making, artsy movies, and traveling with her family.
